“Kronhjorten” is a comfortable/cosy and idyllic L-shaped half-timbering and granite-boulder house/cottage built in 1866. The house has been fully renovated in 2009/10 and now appears updated to todays demands but with respect for the history of the house.
“Kronhjorten” is situated in a quiet area just next to the famous Marselisborg Skov/forest in Århus with beautiful nature – birds and wildlife around. Paths and tracks you find just outside – for jogging or a bike tour in the forest along the seaside.
5 minutes walk will take you to the beach – bathing jetty
established in summertime.
“Kronhjorten” is situated close and centrally to most interesting places for sightseeing in
Jutland
. City centre is just 5 KM/10 min. away by bus, car or by bike on cycle path along the coast in the forest.
A big garden and a lovely sunny cosy corner are for the use of our guests to “Kronhjorten”. Garden furniture and grill is at your disposal.
Breakfast is served upon request and at additional charge.
Washing machine and tumbler are available at extra charge.
Please note “Kronhjorten” is a non smoking house – smoking only outside.
